Support the Clark County Youth Shelter

We are always looking for individuals to get involved in our work here at CCYS. Regardless of your interest, if you've got time, we've got the place for you! If you have something you’d like to donate or questions about donations email: donations@ccysfs.org.

Financial Donations:

We appreciate any monetary donations we receive throughout the year. We rely on your support to help us cover what our grants and state funding does not.

The Clark County Youth Shelter & Family Services, Inc is an Indiana non-profit corporation that is recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  Contributions to Clark County Youth Shelter & Family Services, Inc are tax deductible.  Please consult your tax adviser about your specific tax situation. Should you desire a receipt of your donation for your records please contact us.

Volunteering:

Volunteers at CCYSFSHousesitters:

A few times a year, we need a housesitter to be with our clients while we have meetings or special functions that require all staff to be present.  All volunteers must complete a background check prior to engagement with youth at CCYS.

Board of Directors:

If you're interested in serving on our Board of Directors, please contact us. We may have space for you; however, there is an approval process.

Various Shelter Needs:

We appreciate painters and those who have a green thumb to keep the outside of our facility looking great. We also have the occasional need for repairs around the Shelter.

Donate Household Items:

With the number of residents that utilize our facility, there are a number of items we can always use.

Please consider donating the following items:

Travel Size Deodorant
Multi-Purpose Household Cleaners
Travel Size Personal Hygiene Items
Extra Large Trash Bags
Mens and Womens Socks
Arts and Craft Supplies
Hair Brushes and Combs
Non-Perishable Foods (Jello, Pudding, Popcorn, Soup, etc)
Chapstick

Special Thanks to the following for their Support of the Clark County Youth Shelter & Family Services, Inc.
